My Perfect Day

I've thought a lot about my perfect day. I think it changes depending upon seasons. For instance, winter is more difficult to find a perfect day. Every day that I look out and see snow makes me have to work harder to find things that are great. So, my perfect day would be in the early summer. Here is what a perfect normal day would look like:

6:30 Rise and shine
6:45 Walk with my friends - perfect tempterature (blue skies and a few fluffy clouds) for short sleeves
7:30 Weights in the gym (or a yoga class - I LOVE yoga)
8:00 Walk back home
8:10 Gratitude journal, Come Follow Me, 15 minutes of meditation
9:00 Lovely breakfast with family - best if Trent makes a big breakfast and all the family is home)
Morning: working in the yard or doing chores ( I love accomplishing things)
12:00 Lunch with family (perfect lunch would be McDonald's cheeseburger, small fry, and a Coke)
Afternoon: kayaking on the river - preferrably the Henry's Fork anywhere from Lower Mesa Falls to Ashton Reservoir with my family or friends; reading in my hammock with a slight breeze blowing; and sipping a SodaVine
6:00 Dinner together as a family (even just Trent and I)
Evening: chatting with family; visiting with neighbors or family that stop by; walk or bike ride with Trent; backyard games; summer star gazing on the trampoline

Wow, that sounds lovely!!! This type a day happens quite often and is so good for my soul.
